Seedlings!

It has been less than a week and I have baby plants!. I am very excited to see little green leaves emerging from one of the beds. Yesterday morning I observed sprouted catnip, and later that day I could see carrots beginning to emerge. I decided to snap some early photos to capture my groundbreaking event.

There isn't quite enough light coming into the window and unfortunately it is the best window I have to use. This means I will set up a supplemental light for the plants so they may grow as much as possible. For the most part, the more light available means the more energy a plant can make. Which translates as heartier veggies for me to eat.  Stay posted!
